These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Ducky software platform ("the Platform") provided by Lyco.AI, Inc. ("the Company") to Customer Support teams ("Users") for the purpose of answering customer messages efficiently and accurately.

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to be bound by these Terms. If Users do not agree with any part of these Terms, they should not use the Platform.
  2. Platform Usage: The Platform is intended for use by Customer Support teams to streamline their responses to customer inquiries by accessing and analyzing relevant information from integrated company systems such as, but not limited to, Slack, Notion, Confluence, JIRA, Zendesk, Help Scout, Linear, and Airtable.
  3. Access to Company Systems: The Platform will require connectivity (typically in the form of OAuth) to the aforementioned company systems to accomplish core platform functionality. Users must authorize this access and, occasionally, update it.
  4. Data Security: The Company will take reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data accessed through the integrated systems. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and must report any unauthorized access promptly.
  5. Accuracy of Responses: While the Platform aims to provide accurate responses based on available data, Users are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving all messages before sending them to customers. The Company is not liable for any inaccuracies in responses generated by the Platform.
  6. Compliance with Laws: Users agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws. The Company will not be held liable for any misuse of the Platform by Users.
  7. Intellectual Property: The Platform and all related software, algorithms, and technologies are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
  8. Limitation of Liability: The Company will not be liable, to the maximum extent of the law, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
  9. Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. Upon termination, Users must cease all use of the Platform and return or destroy any confidential information obtained through the Platform.
  10. Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

By using Ducky, Users agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If there are any questions or concerns regarding these Terms, Users should contact the Company for clarification.
