These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Ducky software platform ("the Platform") provided by Lyco.AI, Inc. ("the Company") to software engineers ("Users") for the purpose of utilizing a fully-hosted retrieval augmented generation infrastructure.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Platform, Users agree to be bound by these Terms. If Users do not agree with any part of these Terms, they should not use the Platform.
Platform Usage: The Platform is intended for use by software engineering teams to streamline the building of RAG applications.
Access to Company Systems: The Platform will require connectivity to certain company data to accomplish core platform functionality. Users will only provide access to the data they choose, the Ducky platform will have no access to other data sources other than those provided by Users.
Data Security: The Company will take reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data accessed through the integrated systems. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and must report any unauthorized access promptly.
Accuracy of Performance: While the Platform aims to provide accurate retrieval and generation based on available data, Users are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving results before utilization. The Company is not liable for any inaccuracies in responses generated by the Platform.
Compliance with Laws: Users agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy laws. The Company will not be held liable for any misuse of the Platform by Users.
Intellectual Property: The Platform and all related software, algorithms, and technologies are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability: The Company will not be liable, to the maximum extent of the law, for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption.
Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate access to the Platform at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary. Upon termination, Users must cease all use of the Platform and return or destroy any confidential information obtained through the Platform.
Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
By using Ducky, Users agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If there are any questions or concerns regarding these Terms, Users should contact the Company for clarification.
